The Department of Pharmaceutics, Global College of Pharmaceutical Technology (GCPT) offers a postgraduate M.Pharm programme in Pharmaceutics, focused on advanced pharmaceutical formulation, drug delivery, nanotechnology, biopharmaceutics, and pharmaceutical product development. The department aims to develop skilled pharmaceutical researchers and professionals through a balanced combination of advanced theoretical knowledge, hands-on laboratory training, research activities, and industry-oriented learning.
The department is supported by experienced faculty members, modern laboratory facilities, and essential pharmaceutical research infrastructure to facilitate innovative research in novel drug delivery systems, nanomedicine, herbal and phytopharmaceutical formulations, topical and transdermal delivery, controlled-release systems, and advanced biomaterials.
The M.Pharm programme emphasizes research aptitude, critical thinking, scientific writing, experimental skills, and problem-solving abilities, preparing students for careers in academia, pharmaceutical industries, research organizations, regulatory sectors, and higher studies. | Academic Qualification: Hold a Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) degree with a minimum aggregate score of minimum 50% from a PCI – recognized institution.
Entrance Exam: Admission is based on PGET admission process notified by MAKAUT for the relevant academic session.
